Precautionary measures taken at Viveks showrooms for the safety of our customers and associates
With the Coronavirus spreading rapidly and life looking to come back to normal, it is important for us to take precautionary measures to keep everyone safe. At Viveks we have instituted practices to ensure the safety of our customers and associates so that we can continue to serve you.
We ensure that customers strictly follow these guidelines:
- Using sanitizer at all entry and exit points.
- Temperature checks are taken at store entry.
- Wear masks at all times inside the store.
- Maintain physical distancing of 3 - 6ft.
- Ask for an E-brochure to browse through our products.
- Avoid using cash and pay through UPI, e-wallets, or cards.
- Avoid physical bills and request for an e-bill.
To bring back the confidence for shoppers to safely move around our showrooms and avoid the risk of contracting the virus, we have made sure our associates follow safety guidelines at all times, including at stores and during product deliveries.
Guidelines followed by our employees:
- Wearing a mask at all times inside the premises.
- Using sanitizers on entry and exit.
- All employees/promoters have the Aarogya Setu app installed on their phones.
- Temperature checks by infrared thermometers taken twice daily.
- Physical distancing maintained in stores.
- Avoiding sharing helmets, headphones, mobile phones, etc., with other employees.
- Disposing used gloves and face masks responsibly.
- Disinfectant used on frequently touched objects such as doorknobs, calculators, remotes, demo mobiles, etc., multiple times a day.
- Washing hands at regular intervals.
- Associates/promoters are encouraged to use their own vehicles.
- Keeping frequently used doors open, so touching the door handle can be avoided.
- Associates bring their own water bottles and avoid using common water bottles and cups.
- Avoiding non-critical meetings and recreational activities in and around company premises.
- Warehouse centers fumigated regularly and kept clean.
- Delivery drivers/agents use sanitizer before and after each delivery.
